March is National Nutrition Month.
The Worksite Wellness Committee has invited Katie Wilhelmi, Registered Dietician to speak and educate the SW/WC SC employees on various topics. During the month of March, a series of 4 lunch/learn sessions will be offered at the Marshall Office. Each of these sessions will be recorded and a link will be sent out to the rest of the SW/WC SC staff to view the presentation at their leisure. A Calorie King nutritional content book and informational sliders will be provided to all that register. Since these are being recorded at the Marshall Office, you are invited to attend and bring your own lunch if you are in the Marshall area this day. Online registration is required to ensure enough educational materials are available for each wishing to view/ attend these information presentations. Please register by Wednesday, February 17th.

Eating on the Go/Meal Planning- simple ways to plan healthier meals that fit into a busy lifestyle.
Session 3 (March 17th)
Special Diets- learn how food plays a part in common diseases, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and much more.
Session 4 (March 26th)
NuVal - the latest nutritional scoring system being implemented in the Midwest. Learn how the foods you eat add up!
